Swish is a basketball tracking app that helps us capture games, analyze performance, and review key moments in one system. The AI-powered platform combines stats, video, and analytics into a clear mobile dashboard, giving coaches and players faster insight, better control, and more consistent decisions as we scale.

The client needed one product to replace manual game tracking, fragmented video tools, and spreadsheets. The task was to centralize data, speed up analysis, cut manual work, and give coaches real-time control through a scalable mobile platform.

We prioritized real-time dashboards over reports, unified video and stats in one flow, and reduced actions per task. Usage analysis showed coaches needed speed on mobile, so we optimized data structure and navigation for faster decisions, better control, and scalable team rollout.

Analysis speed improved, manual work dropped, and coach adoption increased. Faster insights boosted retention and LTV, while a single platform made team scaling predictable and transparent. “We finally see the game clearly and act faster.”
