XLR is a SaaS platform that helps us control robot operations in one dashboard. We track tasks, system status, and performance in real time, using AI and analytics to reduce manual work and keep production fast, stable, and predictable as we scale.

The client needed a single system to manage robot operations. Manual monitoring, slow status checks, and fragmented dashboards were limiting speed and control, making it hard to scale production and keep operations consistent.
Project Timeline & Process
The project moved from operations analysis to system architecture, then dashboard logic and real-time flows. Most time went into defining control rules, data structure, and robot states to ensure the platform scaled reliably under real production load.
Key Decisions
We centralized robot control into one dashboard, prioritized real-time status over reports, and reduced actions per task. Analysis showed operators needed instant clarity, which improved response speed, operational control, and system scalability as robot volume grew.
